At CrossFit Boone we encourage our members to follow a solid strength training program along with our WOD’s. Having a solid strength based program is the foundation to increases in strength, power, ability to attack WOD’s, improvements in body composition along with improving overall fitness.

We’ve choosen Jim Wendler’s 5-3-1 program as our program of choice.We’ve found that doing WOD’s on Monday, Wednesday and Friday along with two days of pure strength work drastically improves fitness levels.
